What is Chickick Fitness? | Chickick Fitness is a group personal training program originally designed for women to reach their health and fitness goals. Over the past 10 years the program has grown to now offer both ladies only and mixed gender sessions. For more information refer to 'About Us' |
What type of training do we do? | Chickick Fitness classes include a variety of training styles and techniques including boxing, HIIT, circuit training, aerobic fitness, strength training, balance, core conditioning & mobility training. |
Do I need to be fit to attend a Chickick Fitness session? | No – Our sessions are structured to accommodate all levels of fitness. So if you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level, Chickick Fitness is for you. |
Will I get hurt? | Like all exercise programs there is always the possibility of injury. Our trainers will do their best to modify drills and exercises accordingly to reduce the risk of injury. Should you have any concerns during your session your trainer is always there to guide and assist you where needed. If you do have an existing sports injury or health issue please check with your doctor prior to participating in any Chickick Fitness programs. We request you immediately notify your trainer/s should your health, injuries or circumstances change. |
What Do I need to bring? | Comfortable gym training gear should be worn to each session including runners. We also request you bring a water bottle and sweat towel to each session For our boxing classes on Tuesday's & Thursday's we request you bring your own boxing gloves and wraps A small number boxing gloves are available for loan at the gym however most members prefer to bring their own. Boxing hand wraps are available for purchase at the gym for $15 a pair (180 inch) |

How long is each session? | All timetabled classes run for 45 minutes |
Who takes the sessions? | All sessions are run by fully qualified personal trainers with sports, boxing and strength training experience. |
How many people attend each session? | The number of participants varies from class to class however for our winter timetable all classes are capped at 18 participants. |
What happens in the event of rain or hot weather? | At Frank Bianco Boxing Gym we have a fully equipped indoor facility along with two wonderful outdoor training spaces. The decision on which areas are to be used will be made by the trainer taking the class. The decision will be made based upon participant health and safety, weather and the activities the trainer has planned. Participant health and safety is our #1 priority |
Age Restrictions | Chickick fitness is open to those 16 years of age and over. Participants under 18 years of age must have signed written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to participating. |

Can I cancel or suspend my membership? | Yes – You can cancel or suspend your membership at any time 7 days prior to the next payment date. However we are so confident you will love the Chickick Fitness program you won’t want to stop! Refer to our terms and conditions for further details. |
